  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound chorizo sausage
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chorizo sausage, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Instructions:
