Chorizo Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound chorizo sausage
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chorizo sausage, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Slow Cooker Chicken & Chorizo Stew
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 pound chorizo sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a slow cooker, combine the chicken, chorizo sausage, onion, garlic, red bell pepper, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chicken broth, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Serve the stew hot with crusty bread or steamed rice.
Chorizo-Bratkartoffeln
Ingredients:
- 1 pound potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 pound chorizo sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Add the sliced chorizo sausage and cook until browned.
- Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until crispy and golden, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
